Position Overview:
As an eBay Virtual Assistant at The Best Consultants, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ eBay seller accounts. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of eBay listings, customer inquiries, order processing, and overall account maintenance. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth eBay selling experience for our clients and contributing to their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their eBay seller accounts.
2. Create, update, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, and images.
3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
4. Handle order management tasks, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and product strategies.
6. Optimize eBay listings for search visibility and conversion rate.
7. Stay informed about eBay’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.
8. Assist clients in managing inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions.
9. Collaborate with clients to develop and execute eBay marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in eBay seller support or a virtual assistant role with a focus on e-commerce.
2. Proficiency in navigating eBay Seller Hub and familiarity with its features and tools.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and customers.
4. Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of eBay’s policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
7. Experience in assisting clients with eBay advertising and promotions is a plus.
