Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice to clients on the legal and regulatory requirements for company and branch registration in the UAE.
2. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for company and branch registration, ensuring strict compliance with local laws and regulations.
3. Establish effective communication channels with relevant government authorities, including the Department of Economic Development (DED), to expedite the registration process.
4. Stay updated on changes and developments in the UAE’s corporate laws and regulations and communicate these updates to clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five years of experience in company and branch registration in the UAE.
