Key Responsibilities:
As a Company/Branch Registration Expert for Sri Lanka, the incumbent will assume following responsibilities:
1. Offer expert guidance to clients on the legal and regulatory requirements for company and branch registration in Sri Lanka.
2. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for company and branch registration, ensuring strict compliance with local laws and regulations.
3. Establish effective communication channels with relevant government authorities, including the Department of Registrar of Companies, to streamline the registration process.
4. Stay updated on changes and developments in Sri Lanka’s corporate laws and regulations and communicate these updates to clients in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with our team of consultants to deliver holistic business solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five years of experience in company and branch registration in Sri Lanka.
2. In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan corporate laws and regulations, including the Companies Act.
3. Proficiency in the registration procedures and documentation requirements.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
