Position Overview:
As an Amazon Virtual Assistant at The Best Consultants, you will provide crucial support to our clients who operate on Amazon’s platform. You will be responsible for handling various aspects of Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, customer inquiries, order management, and more. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless Amazon selling experience for our clients and driving their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their Amazon seller accounts.
Manage product listings, including creating, updating, and optimizing product pages.
Review and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
Handle order management, including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance product visibility.
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Assist clients in managing inventory and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with clients to develop marketing and advertising campaigns on Amazon.
Provide general administrative support related to Amazon selling activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Amazon seller support or a virtual assistant role with a focus on e-commerce.
Proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with its features and tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and customers.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Experience in assisting clients with Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising is a plus.
