Job Responsibilities:

Trend Research: Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to inspire new collections.
Sketching and Prototyping: Create detailed sketches and prototypes of designs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for production.
Fabric Selection: Select appropriate fabrics and materials that complement the design and meet quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, pattern makers, and seamstresses to bring designs to life.
Collection Development: Contribute to the development of seasonal collections, ensuring a cohesive and market-relevant product line.
Quality Control: Oversee the production process to ensure the final product meets the design specifications and quality standards.
Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts and collections to the management team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into wearable fashion.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure precision in design and production.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present design ideas.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
