Key Responsibilities:
As a Company/Branch Registration Expert for Saudi Arabia, the incumbent will have the following main job responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance to clients on the legal and regulatory requirements for company and branch registration in Saudi Arabia.
2. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for company and branch registration, ensuring strict compliance with local laws and regulations.
3. Establish effective communication channels with relevant government authorities, including the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI), to expedite the registration process.
4. Stay updated on changes and developments in Saudi Arabia’s corporate laws and regulations and communicate these updates to clients in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with our team of consultants to deliver holistic business solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five years of experience in company and branch registration in Saudi Arabia.
2. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations, including familiarity with the Saudi Companies Law.
3. Proficiency in the registration procedures and documentation requirements.
