Position Overview:
As a Daraz Virtual Assistant at The Best Consultants, you will provide crucial support to our clients who operate on the Daraz platform. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of Daraz listings, customer inquiries, order processing, and overall account maintenance. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless selling experience for our clients on Daraz and contributing to their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their Daraz seller accounts.
2. Create, update, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, and images.
3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
4. Handle order management tasks, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and product strategies.
6. Optimize Daraz listings for search visibility and conversion rate.
7. Stay informed about Daraz’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.
8. Assist clients in managing inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions.
9. Collaborate with clients to develop and execute marketing campaigns on Daraz.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Daraz seller support or a virtual assistant role with a focus on e-commerce.
2. Proficiency in navigating the Daraz seller portal and familiarity with its features and tools.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and customers.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of Daraz’s policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
7. Experience in assisting clients with Daraz advertising and promotions is a plus.
